BEST OF THE GUESTS: Zooey Deschanel and Jimmy Fallon Face Off in Catchphrase

Just because most of the late-night talk shows are on break this week, doesn't mean that The Bill Kuchman Chronicle isn't going to still find other ways to distract you while you should be working. Throughout the week, check the site for Best of the Guests, highlights of the top celebrity appearances on the late-night shows over the past few months.

Right before she hosted Saturday Night Live, New Girl's Zooey Deschanel stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. During the Feb. 9, 2012, episode, Deschanel and Jimmy Fallon talked about the past eras of SNL and how much she loved the show growing up. Deschanel was a good SNL host, but you could tell she was nervous. This interview sheds a bit of light on that. It's always cool to see true fans of SNL get a chance to host.

After the commercial break, Deschanel and Fallon paired up with two audience members to play a quick game of Catchphrase. My family actually has the exact Catchphrase game they used on Late Night, but the cards aren't actually part of the game. We usually play a few games while on vacation, but Zooey Deschanel is never there. I feel ripped off.
