Tracy Morgan and His Gerbils (A Wheat Thins Commercial)
It's hard to tell where Tracy Morgan the person ends and where Tracy Morgan the character begins. His new commercial for Wheat Thins only further blurs that line, with Morgan appears in footie pajamas with a dozen gerbils. They talk about the kind of things that a person would normally discuss with gerbils, like whether or not said gerbils can drive.
I have no idea whether or not the rooms in the Wheat Thins commercial are part of Morgan's real house or not (probably not), but it looks exactly like I would imagine the house of Tracy Morgan looking like.
Full disclosure, I actually purchased the Spicy Buffalo Wheat Thins last week. They're pretty good, which is kind of surprising. As someone from Western New York, I can tell you that most of the Buffalo-flavored things you've had that you didn't eat while in Western New York aren't a sham. It's hard to find good Buffalo-flavored anything (especially chicken wings) once you leave the confines of Western New York.
Also, did you notice the large snake just hanging out in the background?

How many places have you eaten buffalo? He says hi to the snake at the beginning.
ReplyDeleteThe gerbils are there to feed the snake. It is a very disturbing comercial
