'The Words' Trailer: Bradley Cooper Tries to Write a Book Without PEDs

I didn't know it was possible to get typecast as a struggling writer who decides to take a shortcut to write a successful book, but Bradley Cooper has managed to accomplish that task. After using performance-enhancing drugs to write a novel in Limitless, Cooper is back behind his laptop in The Words. Playing a struggling writer who is somehow still dating Zoe Saldana, Cooper's character puts his name on an old manuscript and publishes it to much praise. Jeremy Irons (who was excellent in Margin Call, which you should see if you haven't yet) plays an old man who probably wrote that manuscript that Cooper's character stole.

Dennis Quaid, Olivia Wilde and J.K. Simmons also star in the movie. Personally, I can't wait for the The Words and Friends With Benefits mashup, The Words With Friends, starring Alec Baldwin.

I'm really sorry for that joke about The Words With Friends. That was awful. You all deserve better than that.
