TV TRAILER: Rick! Michonne! The Governor! Your First Look at 'Walking Dead' Season 3

If there's something cool in pop culture happening this weekend, we can most likely credit Comic-Con with bringing it to us. That's definitely the case with this just-released Walking Dead Season 3 trailer. Any Walking Dead fan is going to want to drop what they're doing and spend four minutes watching this sucker.

The Season 3 trailer is completely made up of new footage, not only showing us that, based on Hershel's longer hair and beard, some time has passed since the Season 2 finale but also giving us our first real looks at both Danai Gurira as Michonne and David Morrisey as The Governor. From what this trailer shows, it appears that we're going to get a different telling of Michonne's time in Woodbury with The Governor than we did in the comics. Andrew Lincoln's Rick doesn't appear to be part of the group that stumbles into The Governor's fiefdom ... how much of a departure from the comics can we expect?
