TRAILER: 'World War Z' Has Dawned and Only Brad Pitt Can Save Us From Zombies

While The Walking Dead has taken the zombie genre to a new level on TV, it's been awhile since a great zombie film has graced the big screen. If the first trailer for World War Z is any indication, though, we're going to get a great one next summer. World War Z, starring Brad Pitt and directed by Marc Forster, tells the story of one man who must leave his family to save the world from a zombie apocalypse. The trailer definitely has a Tom Cruise's War of the Worlds/Will Smith's I Am Legend mashup feel. And not in a bad way.

As I mentioned earlier this week, World War Z has had more than its fair share of troubles getting off the ground. Based on the potential in this trailer, I really hope the movie is a good one. Check out the trailer after the jump.
