Your Guide to Adam Levine Hosting 'Saturday Night Live' Tomorrow

Adam Levine will host Saturday Night Live this Saturday with music guest Kendrick Lamar. Here's what you need to know about the upcoming episode.

Has Levine hosted SNL before?
Nope. This is his first time.

What do we know Levine from?
Levine has been the lead singer for Maroon 5 (and Kara's Flowers, as the group was originally know) since 1994. Yes, Maroon 5 has been around that long. It actually took Harder to Breathe, the group's breakthrough single, two years to go big. After Harder to Breathe, Levine found himself the frontman to one of music's biggest acts. With NBC's The Voice, the singer became a household name, playflirting with Christina Aguilera on a weekly basis for all of America to see. Levine recently branched out into acting, appearing in American Horror Story: Asylum.

Levine's also made two non-musical performance appearances on SNL before. He sang along side Andy Samberg in Iran So Far and appeared in a Pseudo Digital Short with Jeremy Renner earlier this season.

Has Kendrick Lamar appeared on SNL before?
Nope. This will be the performer's first SNL appearance.

Anything we should expect from this episode?
SNL already poked fun at The Voice in Levine's promos, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a sketch focused on The Voice during Levine's episode. It's an NBC show, so SNL could probably make use of the set for a Pseudo Digital Short if they wanted to. SNL didn't take on the presidential inauguration last weekend, so look for Jay Pharoah to break out his Barack Obama. The whole Beyonce lip-syncing scandal is ripe for SNL to go after, but who would play Beyonce?
