TRAILER: A Gun-Toting Christian Bale Battles Woody Harrelson in 'Out of the Furnace'

Even though Christian Bale is done playing Batman, the actor isn't done playing men seeking justice on the big screen. Bale's next big role comes in Out of the Furnace, a movie about a man who takes on a crime syndicate to rescue his brother. Casey Affleck plays said brother, a man who was supposed to take the fall in a fight but doesn't, landing himself in trouble with some dangerous men, the leader of which played by Woody Harrelson.

The first trailer for Out of the Furnace debuted on Thursday, and with a cast that boasts Bale, Affleck, Harrelson, Forest Whitaker, Zoe Saldana, Willem Dafoe and Sam Shepard, the film should be a player come Oscar time.

Out of the Furnace is directed by Scott Cooper, who helmed Crazy Heart. The movie hits theaters on Nov. 27. Check out the trailer for Out of the Furnace after the jump.
