RED-BAND TRAILER: Seth Rogen and Zac Efron Engage Become 'Neighbors' and Engage in Frat Warfare

I haven't heard much about Neighbors, but based on the red-band trailer that was released on Tuesday, I want to know more. The movie stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as a suburban couple who has to deal with bros played by Zac Efron and Dave Franco after their frat moves in next door. From this trailer alone, it looks like Neighbors could do for Efron what 21 Jump Street did for Channing Tatum — make anyone who only saw him as a Nicholas Sparks-movie actor realize he could actually be pretty funny.

Neighbors, which was originally titled Townies, is directed by Nicholas Stoller, who has previously directed The Muppets, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek and The Five-Year Engagement. Based on that resume, I almost expect Jason Segel to pop up in Neighbors.

Head past the jump to check out the red-band trailer for Neighbors, which hits theaters on May 9, 2014. The movie stars Rogen, Byrne, Efron, Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, Craig Robinson and Jake Johnson.
