Trailer for 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes': Caesar Isn't Ready to Play Nice

The first trailer for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes hit the Internet on Wednesday morning. It's a quick trailer, with much of the teaser focusing on Gary Oldman's character trying to inspire what's left of humanity and Jason Clarke's character attempting to speak to Caesar, the leader of the ape uprising. Based on the end of the trailer though, Caesar's not ready to play nice. He looked ticked.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is the sequel to 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes, following up what happens in a world after apes have fought back against their human oppressors and a virus has wiped out a large segment of humanity.

The movie stars Andy Serkis as Caesar, Oldman, Clarke, Keri Russell and Judy Greer. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes opens on July 11, 2014.
