From the looks of things, the new season of House of Cards is going to amp up the ruthlessness of the first season, with Kevin Spacey's (Now) Vice President Frank Underwood ready to take full advantage of the fact that he's just a heartbeat away from the presidency.

House of Cards' entire second season will be available on Netflix on Feb. 14. The series stars Spacey, Robin Wright and Kate Mara.
