First Photo of Paul Rudd as Scott Lang in 'Ant-Man'

Filming has begun on Ant-Man, and Marvel Studios has already released the first picture from the movie. Our first look is courtesy of USA Today, a picture featuring Paul Rudd as Scott Lang.

The Ant-Man movie will feature both of the men who have carried the Ant-Man name, with Rudd playing thief-turned-hero Lang and Michael Douglas playing the original Ant-Man, Hank Pym.

Ant-Man is finally on the right track, overcoming a chaotic director change, with Peyton Reed replacing Edgar Wright. Despite Wright's almost decade worth of work trying to bring Ant-Man to the big screen, the director's vision for the project wasn't messing with the overall Marvel Cinematic Universe.

While the first Ant-Man picture doesn't actually show the Ant-Man suit, it's very exciting to see Rudd in this world. Just think, we're four years away from an Avengers movie that will feature Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, Chris Pratt's Star-Lord and Rudd's Ant-Man. How great will it be to watch those three guys play off each other?
