'SNL' PROMOS: Kate McKinnon Just Wants to See Chris Pratt's Abs

The 40th season of Saturday Night Live kicks off this weekend, and NBC has released a series of promos featuring host Chris Pratt to get people excited. Pratt is paired up with Kate McKinnon, who's now one of SNL's most veteran castmembers.

Pratt looks like a natural with McKinnon, which bodes well for his ability to host SNL. Hopefully the SNL writers give Pratt their full support. The show's previous season saw several hosts with potential hurt by lackluster writing efforts. Pratt also faces the danger of getting drowned out by a parade of SNL vets who could be back to celebrate the launch of the show's milestone 40th season.
