THE PEANUTS MOVIE Character Posters Feature Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Woodstock, Linus and Lucy

If an animated movie were to release a bunch of character posters these days, those posters would most likely copy the style of the recent Avengers: Age of Ultron posters, taking advantage of a pop culture moment to peddle a shoddy cartoon. Thankfully, The Peanuts Movie isn't one of those movies.

The Peanuts Movie has already defied our low expectations for CGI adaptions of classic cartoons, choosing to eschew celebrity voices, fart jokes and lowest-common denominator humor. Four character posters for The Peanuts Movie were released on Wednesday.

As you can see, The Peanuts Movie isn't trying to capitalize on whatever pop culture craze is currently going around.

The Peanuts Movie opens on Nov. 6.
