First SNOWDEN Teaser Trailer Is Heavy on Praise, Light on Joseph Gordon-Levitt
After tackling historic figures like John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon as a director, Stone has turned his attention to the NSA whistleblower in a film that is set to hit theaters on Dec. 25.
Snowden will star Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the title character, with Shailene Woodley playing Snowden's girlfriend. Scott Eastwood, Nicolas Cage, Melissa Leo, Timothy Olyphant, Zachary Quinto, Tom Wilkinson and Rhys Ifans round out the film's cast. Sadly, none of these actors are in this teaser trailer.
