Is Iron Man Doomed in Gwyneth Paltrow's 'Iron Man 3' Poster?

Marvel keeps on pushing on new Iron Man 3 posters, debuting one featuring Gwyneth Paltrow on Monday. The poster features Paltrow's Pepper Potts cradling a severely damaged Iron Man helmet. Where's Tony Stark? Has he been captured? Killed? (Well, probably not killed. I think Marvel wants Robert Downey Jr. back for The Avengers 2.) Whatever the problem, those fiery sparks that we saw in Don Cheadle's and Guy Pearce's Iron Man 3 posters are present here too.
