HBO unveils second trailer for Aaron Sorkin's 'The Newroom'

The second trailer for Aaron Sorkin's first HBO offering, The Newsroom, hit the Internet Sunday night (I actually had to wait until the first Mad Men commercial break to watch it). The trailer builds on what the first trailer had established at the beginning of April, giving audiences a very Sorkinesque take on a newsroom.




While I've definitely enjoyed everything about The Newsroom that HBO and Sorkin have shown us, I gotta say that this second trailer leaves me kind of disappointed. It's almost too Sorkinesque. The brisk dialogue, the quick cuts — I'm a bit worried that The Newsroom is going to be a rehash of previous Sorkin projects, but only this time on HBO.
