TRAILER: Matt Damon Isn't in 'The Bourne Legacy,' But Bourne Lives On

Building on that brief teaser trailer that we got a few months ago, The Bourne Legacy now has a full trailer. By the looks of it, you'd think that Matt Damon's Jason Bourne was in the movie in addition to Jeremy Renner's Aaron Cross. Damon isn't in this movie though. I'm sure Universal Pictures wants to drive home that fact that this is a Bourne movie, and using Damon's character in stills and dialogue is a great way to do that.

Damon has never said that he won't return to the Bourne series someday, so it makes sense for The Bourne Legacy to keep the connection alive, while still building Renner into a franchise actor.
