Even Angus T. Jones Calls 'Two and a Half Men' 'Filth' and Asks You to Stop Watching It
You shouldn't be watching Two and a Half Men. If you haven't listened to this advise from me for the past few years, maybe you'll listen to Angus T. Jones — Two and a Half Men's Jake himself. In a YouTube video that hit the Internet on Monday, Jones sounded off on the sitcom, calling the show "filth" and saying:
"Jake from Two and a Half Men means nothing. ... If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching it. I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't wanna be on it. Please stop watching it."Well, then, that's quite a bold statement from someone who's making $300,000 per episode of Two and a Half Men, but Jones sounded pretty serious in the video. Entertainment Weekly sheds some light on the background of this video.
The clip is the second part of a religious testimony Jones gave to Chris “The Forerunner” Hudson, a conspiracy theorist who believes President Obama’s reelection is a sign that the End of Days is near. After describing his religious awakening, Jones takes aim at the series that made him famous.EW also reports that Jones could be in breach of contract for his statements, saying that while Jones' comments are moronic, CBS probably won't fire the half man from their highly rated sitcom.
