Has Joseph Gordon-Levitt Already Been Cast as Batman in 'Justice League'?
Will we see Joseph Gordon-Levitt don the Batman cowl after all? According to a HitFix report, the actor is close to a deal to portray the Dark Knight in Justice League, Warner Bros.'s upcoming superhero opus, thus keeping alive the universe that Christopher Nolan created with his Dark Knight Trilogy.
This news comes on the heels of Man of Steel director Zack Snyder revealing that his Superman reboot could be more of a launching point for Justice League than was previously let on. If Gordon-Levitt is going to make good on the promise of the end of The Dark Knight Rises, could we see him make a cameo in Man of Steel? Samuel L. Jackson's cameo as Nick Fury at the end of Iron Man launched the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Gordon-Levitt could do the same for Warner Bros. and Justice League.
