TRAILER: Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer Ride for Justice in 'The Lone Ranger'

Wow, this has been quite the few days for trailers, hasn't it? Man of Steel, Star Trek Into Darkness, R.I.P.D. — we have a busy and exciting summer at the movies ahead of us. Disney wasn't going to sit out this round of trailer action, though, with the studio releasing another trailer for The Lone Ranger on Wednesday. This trailer gives us a bit more of the movie's plot, and by the looks of it, The Lone Ranger is going to be a spiritual sequel to the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Johnny Depp portrayal of Tonto definitely has some Jack Sparrow in it.

The Lone Ranger is Armie Hammer's first starring role, and he seems to be the right pick for the role. There's something about the inflection of his voice in the first half of the trailer that just says, "Yeah, I'm the Lone Ranger."
