'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' Gets a Bunch of New Pics. PLUS: Secrets of the New Spidey Suit Revealed

When Entertainment Weekly put Spider-Man and Electro on the cover of its Comic-Con edition, we shouldn't be surprised that the magazine was saving a ton of cool stuff for their feature story on The Amazing Spider-Man 2. In addition to that shot of the duo facing off, EW has a bunch of additional looks at the new Spider-Man suit that Andrew Garfield will be suiting up in and cool profile shot of Jamie Foxx as Electro.

The biggest change to the Spidey suit? Those eyes. According to director Marc Webb, "We've got the best eyes of any suit." When the first image of the Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit was revealed, the eyes were what got fans raving. Eagle-eyed fans also noticed that the spider emblem on this set was much closer to what we saw in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, something that wasn't a mistake. According to EW, this emblem "is intended as an homage to the Tobey Maguire-era suit." Final fun fact: Spider-Man new webshooters have a built-in MP3 player. Shouldn't Spidey be focused on actually fighting bad guys instead of listening to his latest download?
