Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt's 'All You Need Is Kill' Gets a New Title ('Edge of Tomorrow'), New Poster and New Pic

After the success that Tom Cruise had with Oblivion, it's no wonder he's jumping right back into science fiction. On Monday, the actor and Warner Bros. announced that All You Need Is Kill, the upcoming movie based on the Japanese novel of the same name, had been retitled Edge of Tomorrow, releasing a new poster to celebrate the change.

Edge of Tomorrow stars Cruise as a man who dies in battle against an alien race only to awake the next day to fight the battle again, beginning a cycle of dying and then waking again to repeat the fight. This Groundhog Day-esque turn of events allows Cruise's character to learn how to fight against the alien enemy, eventually joining forces with another military character played by Emily Blunt. Yes, after Looper it looks like Blunt is leaving the world of The Devil Wears Prada, diving fully into action films.

Edge of Tomorrow is directed by Doug Liman and stars Cruise, Blunt and Bill Paxton. Head past the jump to check out the new poster for the movie along with a shot of Cruse and Blunt in action. Edge of Tomorrow hits theaters on June 6, 2014.
