Julianne Moore Joins Final Two 'Hunger Games' Sequels

The Hunger Games added to its esteemed cast on Friday, with Lionsgate announcing that Julianne Moore would play President Alma Coin. According to Lionsgate's press release, Coin is the leader of the rebellion against the Capitol (spoiler alert: there'll eventually be a rebellion against the Capitol) and will appear in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2.

The final two Hunger Games sequels will hit theaters on Nov. 21, 2014, and Nov. 22, 2015. Francis Lawrence, who took over directing from Gary Ross beginning with The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, will direct the remainder of the franchise.
