'Blended' Trailer Reunites Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore and Sends Them to Africa

The first trailer for Blended, Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore's upcoming movie, hit the Internet on Tuesday night. Um, what's the nicest thing I can say about Blended? It looks like an Adam Sandler movie ... which is a good thing ... if you like movies that look like Adam Sandler movies ... ?

Sigh.

Blended is about two families who are thrown together on an African vacation. I'm guessing "wacky circumstances" are to blame for two families who hate each other finding themselves in a situation like this. Shockingly, the trailer doesn't feature a fart joke, but don't get disappointed — the movie could still have one. Sandler wouldn't abandon that kind of comedic genius.

The movie is the third time Sandler and Barrymore have worked together, reuniting the Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates duo. Blended is the fourth time Sandler has worked with director Frank Coraci, who previously helmed The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy and Click. Coraci also directed Kevin James' Zookeeper, so you can expect only excellence in Blended.

Blended pratfalls into theaters on June 23, 2014. It stars Sandler, Barrymore, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Kevin Nealon and Terry Crews.
