The Green Goblin Takes Spider-Man Down in New 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' Image

Well, Sony certainly isn't hiding the fact that Harry Osborn becomes the Green Goblin in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 any more, are they? In a new image released through Total Film, Dane DeHaan's Green Goblin is gleefully taking down Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man.

From the looks of it, director Marc Webb has chosen to depict his version of the villain through a mutated appearance and a exoskeleton suit. Not quite the actual comic book version, but closer than the Power Ranger suit Sam Raimi had Willem Dafoe wear in the first Spider-Man movie.

Spidey and the Goblin are fighting in what a lot of fans have been referring to as the clock tower … which also seems to be the same clock tower that Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy crashes through in that pre-Super Bowl teaser trailer we saw a few weeks ago. Doesn't bode well for Gwen …
