Netflix Announces ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK Season 3 Premiere Date

When we finished Season 3 of House of Cards this weekend, Netflix immediately offered us the series premiere of Orange Is the New Black. As we've already binge-watched both seasons of that show, Netflix's offer wasn't of much use. In what I'm guessing was a move to satisfy its most diehard fans who had wrapped up House of Cards, Netflix announced the premiere date for the next season of Orange Is the New Black on Monday.

The popular Netflix series will return for its third season on Friday, June 12.

Orange Is the New Black's third season will consist of 14 episodes.

Netflix also announced premiere dates for several other series, including Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp. The eight-episode series is being called a prequel to the 2001 movie Wet Hot American Summer ... despite featuring a cast that's now over a decade older than they were in the original movie.
