'Snow White and the Huntsman' 5-Minute Preview

Knocking Kristen Stewart as an actress is a very, very simple thing to do. When you're known for your part in the Twilight movies, you're an easy target, especially if you act like you're stoned every time you promote your movies. Stewart has shown glimmers of being a very good actress though. If you saw Adventureland, her movie with a pre-The Social Network Jesse Eisenberg, you know what I'm talking about. Stewart has potential.

Knocking Stewart in a Snow White adaption is also a very, very simple thing to do. As we saw from Julia Robert's Mirror Mirror earlier this year, expectations for these adaptations should be extremely low. Surprisingly though, with each additional trailer or scene or preview that I've seen from Snow White and the Huntsman, I find myself looking more and more forward to the movie. It's dark, has actors like Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth, and boasts creatures that appear to be torn from Guillermo del Toro's notebook.
