PICS AND VIDEO: Anna Kendrick Talks About Guys Paying for Dates, Drinking Beer and Having Fans Approach Her While Underwear Shopping

Anna Kendrick appears in Drinking Buddies, which is already available on-demand and hits theaters this Friday, so it only made sense that she chatted with GQ about beer and relationships. The actress, best known for her roles in Up in the Air and Pitch Perfect (yes, now you have that Cups song stuck in your head), may already have an Oscar nomination, but it seems like she's now on the verge of stardom.

Kendrick also sounds like an awesome girl, and a girl who could possibly out drink you.

Kendrick does in fact enjoy beer—"every single Belgian-style beer"—which brings us to this irresistible follow-up: According to OkCupid's infamous data nugget, beer fans are also more likely to go home with someone on the first date.

In a GQ video, Kendrick also admits to enjoying a traditional date, with the thinking that a guy should at least offer to pay on first date, even if the whole practice is meaningless. While it sounds like Kendrick is single (she was previously dating Ant-Man director Edgar Wright), you could just settle running into her while she's shopping.

Another fuckin' interesting correlation: the one that exists between Kendrick's underwear shopping and fans asking for autographs. "There's something deeply embarrassing about being approached when you're holding knickers. And it's happened TWICE!" Knickers? Was she shopping in the nineteenth century? "Like, for bloomers? How humiliating would that be?" Very—especially if it's true what they say about beer drinkers.
