'Boy Meets World' Sequel Series 'Girl Meets World' Gets Its First Trailer

Please don't suck. Please don't suck. Please don't suck. Seriously, Disney Channel, if you're going to resurrect Boy Meets World through a sequel series called Girl Meets World, please don't let it suck. I don't think the people who grew up in the 1990s and now control the Internet will be able to take the disappointment. We'll probably burn the Internet down if Girl Meets World winds up being some Hannah Montana-esque venture that sullies our dear memories of Boy Meets World.

The first commercial for Girl Meets World made it online on Thursday, giving us our first look at Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel back in their roles as Cory and Topanga Matthews, along with Rowan Blanchard as their daughter, Riley, and Sabrina Carpenter as her friend, Maya.

What's everyone think? Savage seems to have slipped effortlessly back into Cory, but I'm quite sold on those kids. Too Disney Channel-y? Maybe someone just needs to yell Feeny and I'll feel better.
