Lana Condor Joins X-MEN: APOCALYPSE as Jubilee

Despite being super popular in the 1990s X-Men animated series, Jubilee never really made her mark in the X-Men movies that Fox has been churning out since 2000. After having minor cameos in the first three X-Men films, Jubilee will finally get her due in 2016's X-Men: Apocalypse. Director Byran Singer announced on Wednesday that newcomer Lana Condor will play the character.

Condor will join James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Evan Peters, Oscar Isaac, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Alexandra Shipp, Rose Byrne, Kodi Smit-McPhee and Ben Hardy in X-Men: Apocalypse. The film is set to hit theaters on May 27, 2016.
