Paramount Releases 10 New 'Star Trek Into Darkness' Pics

Now that it's 2013, we're finally in the right calendar year for a lot of big releases. If you've been keeping up with Popculturology's 44 Movies to Get Excited About in 2013, you know that Star Trek Into Darkness is one of the films that we're looking forward to. Paramount released ten new pics from the upcoming J.J. Abrams sequel on Thursday. They don't give away anything in terms of the movie's plot, but they definitely feel like they're the next evolution from what Abrams did with 2009's Star Trek.

Star Trek Into Darkness hits theaters on May 17, 2013, and stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Alice Eve, John Cho, Simon Pegg, Bruce Greenwood and Benedict Cumberbatch. Check out pretty much all of these actors in the new pics after the jump.
