'Game of Desks': Jimmy Fallon's Late-Night 'Game of Thrones' Parody Is Brilliant

OK, so I know I'm late on getting this one up on Popculturology, but that doesn't take away from the genius that is Game of Desks, Jimmy Fallon's Game of Thrones late-night parody. It debuted late last week, but as I was out of town, I wound up watching the entire sketch on my iPhone while sitting at the airport. I love the readers of this site, but there was no way I was paying for airport wifi just to pull together a post about Game of Desks. I would do anything for love, but I won't do that.

Whether you've already seen the latest Late Night Digital Original or not, Game of Desks is brilliant. Fallon and his Late Night staff created a funny and pitch-perfect spoof of HBO's Game of Thrones. Whoever was responsible for writing this is definitely a diehard Game of Thrones fan. It's also fun to see Seth Meyers and Jay Leno playing along with this series. I would love to see other network's late-night hosts join in too. Both Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart have worked on bits with Fallon before — could they join Game of Desks?

Check out Game of Desks for yourself after the jump.
