Sorry, Eva Green Fans: '300: Rise of an Empire' Pushed Back to March 2014

Just as the marketing machine for 300: Rise of an Empire has started rolling along, Legendary Pictures pushed the movie back from Aug. 2, 2013, to March 7, 2014. No reason was given for the move, but hopefully it's to improve the quality of the movie, not to respond to panic that 300: Rise of an Empire won't live up to 2007's 300.

Eva Green is probably the film's biggest name, but 300: Rise of an Empire also stars Sullivan Stapleton, Hans Matheson, Lena Headey and Rodrigo Santoro.
