1901: The College Board introduces its first standardized test, which later became the SAT. Our Seth Pohorence did poorly on his SATs, but it's probably because he misspelled his name.
1994: OJ Simpson is arrested following a televised low-speed highway chase, which probably drew higher ratings than anything on NBC Thursday nights.
