TRAILER: 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' Comic-Con Teaser Hints at Villain's Iron Man Origin

When we first learned back in July that The Avengers sequel would be called The Avengers: Age of Ultron, those of who weren't lucky enough to be at Comic-Con had to be incredibly jealous of the people who got to see the brief Comic-Con trailer for the highly anticipated sequel. The trailer finally made its way online earlier this week, and now Marvel has made the teaser official.

It's a brief peak at The Avengers: Age of Ultron, piecing together voiceovers from previous Marvel Cinematic Universe movies over a shot of an Iron Man helmet being battering into what eventually becomes Ultron's face.

This teaser helped give rise to the theory that the MCU version of Ultron will come from Iron Man armor gone rogue, possibly even with Tony Stark's JARVIS providing the personality and intelligence for Ultron. With Joss Whedon announcing that Hank Pym, Ultron's traditional creator, won't be featured in The Avengers: Age of Ultron, this theory was looking more and more possible — until Marvel revealed that James Spader would be voicing Ultron.

Will JARVIS still become Ultron? Will he experience a voice change when he makes that change? We'll have to wait until May 1, 2015 to find out. Head past the jump to check out the Comic-Con teaser for The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
