Enemies Unite in Four-Minute-Long 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' Super Bowl Trailer

After teasing us with a look last week, Sony released a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 during the Super Bowl — and it's huge, clocking in at almost four minutes.

The trailer is heavy on Jamie Foxx's Electro, who apparently turns against Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man after the webslinger forgot the villain's name. Yes, that seems trivial, but the rest of the footage looks pretty epic. The tone of director Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is shaping up to be completely different from Sam Raimi's first Spider-Man sequel.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 opens on May 2.
