Will Smith Takes on the NFL in First Trailer and Poster for CONCUSSION
Look who wants an Oscar ... The trailer for Concussion debuted on Monday, giving us our first look at Will Smith as the doctor who takes on the NFL over concussions caused by football. Smith is even rocking an accent, one of the best ways to get Oscar attention.

While watching this trailer I was reminded that Smith actually once was a real actor. Years and years before he bet his entire career on movies like After Earth and pushing the wants of his awful children, Smith received Oscar nominations for Ali and The Pursuit of Happyness. That version of Smith has been missing for too long.
Concussion opens on Dec. 25 (merry Christmas!). The movie stars Smith, Albert Brooks, Alec Baldwin, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Paul Reiser, Luke Wilson, David Morse and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. Concussion was directed by Peter Landesman.
