Abby Elliott to Guest Star on 'Happy Endings'

Abby Elliott seems to be a popular topic with Popculturology readers, so I'm happy to bring you the news that the actress will be guest starring on an upcoming episode of Happy Endings. Entertainment Weekly brings us the news:

Max will try to play the straight man in an upcoming episode of Happy Endings, and the woman that prompts him to go the opposite of gay is played by… Abby Elliott. The former Saturday Night Live cast member — who appeared on 2 Broke Girls earlier this month — will guest-star as Katie, a woman who suddenly becomes very appealing to Max (Adam Pally) when he learns that she gets great tickets to Chicago Bulls games. Titled “Flowers for Al-gernon,” Elliott’s episode is scheduled to air in early spring.

After leaving Saturday Night Live over the summer, Elliott has begun building a growing guest appearance résumé, appearing on 2 Broke Girls already with a multi-episode How I Met Your Mother arc coming up in the new year. I leave you with Elliott's Maxim photoshoot after the jump.
