Sorry We Missed It: 'SNL' Breakout Cecily Strong Was on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' This Week

While we try to always bring you the most-up-date rundown of who's going to be on the late-night shows with Your Day in Pop Culture, the lineups sometimes change at the last minute. I'm going with this excuse as the reason why I had no idea that Saturday Night Live's Cecily Strong was on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, making her late-night TV debut.

While we might be a couple days late on this one, I thought it was important that we share the clips of her chat with Jimmy Fallon. Thanks to her breakout freshman season on SNL, Popculturology is a big fan of Strong. It was interesting listening to Strong and Fallon talk about SNL audition tapes (we've seen Fallon's) and realize that almost a decade separates the two. Doesn't quite seem like Fallon has been gone from SNL for as long as he has been.
