TRAILER AND POSTER: Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller Star in Coming-of-Age Story 'The Spectacular Now'

Even though Shailene Woodley won't be in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the actress still has a very packed schedule, with The Spectacular Now, Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars all due to hit theaters over the next year or two. On Wednesday, the first trailer for The Spectacular Now debuted, giving everyone a look at the film that Sundance audiences fell in love with in January.

The Spectacular Now stars Miles Teller and Woodley as a hard-partying boy who meets a girl who is different than any girl he's dated. The two begin a romance that's tested as Teller's character enjoys living in the now while Woodley's character is more interested in what the future holds. James Ponsoldt directed the film, with its early success leading to him scoring the chance to helm Rodham.

The Spectacular Now opens on Aug. 2, 2013, and stars Teller, Woodley, Brie Larson, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Kyle Chandler and Bob Odenkirk. Head past the jump to check out the first trailer and a poster for the film.
