CASTING NEWS: 'How I Met Your Mother' Is Done When Bryan Cranston Says It's Done
In the days before Bryan Cranston was Walter White, before Heisenberg declared that he was the one who knocked, Cranston appeared in the early seasons of How I Met Your Mother, playing Hammond Druthers. The character, Ted Mosby's boss at an architect firm, was a jerk, eventually suffering the wrath of Lily's Aldrin Justice.
On Wednesday, CBS announced that Cranston would reprise this role during HIMYM's final season. No word yet on how many episodes or just how Druthers will play into Barney and Robin's weekend wedding. Any chance Cranston will interact with Breaking Bad castmate Bob Odenkirk, who plays GNB head honcho Arthur Hobbs?
If you haven't caught up on the first two episodes of HIMYM's final season, check out the recaps for The Locket and Coming Back.
