TRAILER: It's George Clooney, Matt Damon and Bill Murray Versus Hitler in 'Monuments Men'

During World War II, there was an initiative called the Monuments, Fine Arts and Archives program. Its mission was to protect art and items of culture significance from theft and destruction by Hitler and the Nazis. On Dec. 18, we'll get to see this mission brought to life on the big screen.

Monuments Men is directed by George Clooney and stars Clooney, Matt Damon, Juan Dujardin, John Goodman and Bill Murray as the men tasked with preserving art and culture from being destroyed by the Nazis.

The second trailer for Monuments Men debuted on Thursday, and I think it's a great deal stronger than the movie's first trailer. That trailer, which came out in August, was lighter and more jokier than the new one, giving Monuments Men the feel of a buddy/adventure movie instead of a war movie starring a bunch of Oscar winners and nominees.
