TRAILER: Kellan Lutz's 'Hercules: The Legend Begins' Gets a Ridiculously Short Teaser

I thought Disney's Hercules was the final word on bringing the mythological hero to the big screen, but it looks like someone thinks they can do it better. (Psssh, without Jason Alexander's vocal talents, I don't know how that'll EVER be possible.)

In March 2014, we're set to get Hercules: The Legend Begins, a movie that promises to, well, tell how the legend of Hercules began. The Twilight Saga's Kellan Lutz stars as the Roman god Hercules (Heracles would be the Greek version), with Deep Blue Sea director Renny Harlin helming the movie. Unfortunately for Lutz, Hercules: The Legend Begins will have to compete again Dwayne Johnson's take on the hero, with Hercules: The Thracian Wars opening on July 25, 2014. That one is directed by Brett Ratner, and I'm pretty sure it'll get a bigger marketing push.

At the beginning of the teaser, Lutz promises a full trailer during New York Comic Con. That'll probably be the most exciting thing to come out of NYCC, right? I'm looking at you, Star Wars: Episode VII.
