'Maron' Returns to IFC on May 8; Conan O'Brien, Sarah Silverman and David Cross Among Guest Stars

As someone who listens to the WTF with Marc Maron podcast during long road trips, I was a fan of Marc Maron's IFC series, Maron. (The guy seems to like naming things after himself.) The show wrapped up its first season last year, but as a WTF listener, I've been hearing Maron talk about working on the show's second season. Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we now know that Maron will return to IFC on Thursday, May 8 at 10 p.m.

EW not only debuted a few pics from Season 2 of Maron, but also revealed a monster list of guest stars.

Johnny Knoxville, Ray Romano, David Cross, and Sarah Silverman will pop up as themselves during the 13-episode season, along with Michael Ian Black, Conan O’Brien, and Andy Richter. Also joining the guest list inside and outside the garage are Chris Hardwick, Tig Notaro, Rob Riggle, Bill Burr, Paul Feig, Wyatt Cenak, Joey “Coco” Diaz, Rachael Harris, Moshe Kasher, Tom Kenny, Dave Koechner, Jimmy Pardo, Eddie Pepitone, Richard Riehle, and Nora Zehtner.

I hope Conan O'Brien's role is like his How I Met Your Mother cameo. He'll just pop up in the background without any kind of recognition.
