'Lost' Star Daniel Dae Kim Joins 'Divergent' Sequels

The Divergent series cast another role on Thursday, adding Lost star Daniel Dae Kim to Insurgent, the second movie in the franchise. Entertainment Weekly reported that Kim will be playing Jack Kang, who apparently is part of the Candor faction.

I'm not quite sure who Jack Kang is or if he is also in the final two Allegiant movies, but at least the knowledge that Kim is playing the character will give me an excuse to work several Lost references into future Divergent articles. I miss those references. We have to go back.

Kim joins Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Jai Courtney, Ansel Elgort, Ray Stevenson, Zoe Kravitz, Octavia Spencer, Miles Teller, Maggie Q, Kate Winslet and Naomi Watts. Flightplan director Robert Schwentke takes over for Divergent director Neil Burger.
