Heath Ledger's Joker Gets the Lego Treatment
With Gotham reintroducing classic Batman villains and Zack Snyder's Justice League universe sure to recycle the character's rogue's gallery, we're on the verge of getting one — if not two — new takes on the Joker. For many of us, though, Heath Ledger's Oscar-winning take on the character will always be the definitive version of the Joker. That character will now be immortalized in Lego form, thanks to a massive new Lego set based on The Dark Knight Trilogy's Tumbler.
USA Today unveiled the new set on Sunday, releasing several pictures of the set and the two minifigs, Ledger's Joker and Christian Bale's Batman, that come with the set.
According to USA Today, the LEGO DC Comics UCS Tumbler will be available in September. The set will have 1,869 pieces and cost $199.
