Ezra Miller in Talks to Join FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM

He's already the Flash. Will Ezra Miller jump into the world of wizards next? According to Variety, Miller is in talks with Warner Bros. to join Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. If all goes well, the actor will play Kredan, "a person with magical powers who encounters magizoologist Newt Scamander" in New York City.

Miller will join Eddie Redmayne and Katherine Waterston, who will play Newt Scamander himself and Tina, another American who joins Newt as he explores magical creatures in America.

Variety reports that Warner Bros. is eyeing Alison Sudol for the role of Queenie, Tina's sister, and either Josh Gad or Michael Cera for the role of Newt's rival. (I'm not quite sure what kind of character calls for both those actors.)

In addition to playing the Flash in Warner Bros.' upcoming Justice League movie and standalone Flash film, Miller rose to fame thanks to his performances in We Need to Talk About Kevin and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will hit theaters on Nov. 18, 2016.
