FIRST LOOK: Mulder and Scully Reunite for THE X-FILES Revival
The X-Files revival is out there. And it's begun shooting. We got our first look at The X-Files miniseries on Wednesday, with the show's Twitter account releasing a picture of David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson together again.

The X-Files miniseries will pick up where nine seasons of the show and two movies left off, with Duchovny and Anderson reprising their roles as Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. Joel McHale will join the franchise as Tad O'Malley, a news anchor.
The six-episode miniseries will premiere on on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016
