New Titles for 'Captain America' and 'Thor' Sequels, 'Ant-Man' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy' Announced
Marvel just dropped a whole bunch of news about its Cinematic Universe at Comic-Con tonight. Reports are still coming through Twitter about it all, but here's the basic rundown:
- Thor 2 has now been retitled Thor: The Dark World.
- Captain America 2 has now been retitled Captain America: The Winter Soldier. We're clearly going to be getting a modern-day return of Bucky as the Winter Soldier in this sequel.
- The Guardians of the Galaxy has been officially announced. We'll probably see Thanos as the main villain in this one.
- Edgar Wright showed off his Ant-Man test reel, meaning we're finally going to get Ant-Man's entrance into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
- Iron Man 3 footage shows that Ben Kingsley is The Mandarin and we're going to see the Extremis armor.
