Will 'Conan' and 'Game of Thrones' Star Jason Momoa Play a Big, Green Guy in 'Guardians of the Galaxy'?

Usually when you're talking about a big, green guy in the Marvel universe, you're talking about the Hulk. It turns out the Hulk isn't the only big, green guy, though, with the Guardians of the Galaxy having one of their own. If you're not familiar with Guardians of the Galaxy (and, hey, most of us aren't at the moment), we're talking about Drax the Destroyer here, and according to a Latino-Review report, Conan the Barbarian and Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa is possibly Marvel's choice to play the character in the upcoming Guardians for the Galaxy movie.
Jason Momoa who played Conan in the Lionsgate reboot, and is best known for playing Khal Drogo in the first season of Game Of Thrones, flew out to London to screen test on Wednesday. It was reported earlier that Isiah Mustafa, Dave Bautista, and Brian Patrick also tested the role of Drax. According to sources, Momoa’s screen test went so good that Marvel offered him the part and his reps have now countered, so the negotiations are ongoing.
If the news is true, Momoa will join a cast that already includes Parks and Recreation's Chris Pratt and could also have either Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey too. Please note that Marvel is moving right along piecing together a movie based on a comic book that most people have never even heard of while meanwhile, Warner Bros. has no idea how to bring Justice League to the big screen.
